How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who reach out to Angeldoctors Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear it. This page shows how to tell us and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Angeldoctors Walk-In Tubs
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with acted
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it often helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know this, though: Angeldoctors Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or speak for a provider.
How to Write to Us
Email contact@angeldoctors.lat and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
